What EMURA does
EMURA is a camera and film-emulation app. It does not require an account, use advertising, use cross-app tracking, or include an analytics SDK. Photos and video are processed on your device by default; EMURA does not automatically upload them to our servers.
Data processed on your device
When you use a feature, EMURA may process captured photos or video, orientation, aspect ratio, capture time, imported media, camera packs, recipes, .cube LUT files, language and camera preferences, and purchase entitlement information supplied by Apple. This data supports the viewfinder, filters, development, library, import, export, settings, and purchase restoration.
Permissions and sharing
Camera access is used for the live viewfinder and capture. Microphone access is used only when you choose to record video with sound. Photos access is used when you choose to import or save media. Refusing a permission disables only the related feature. Data leaves the app when you choose the share sheet, a file destination, or Save to Photos, and then goes to the destination you select.
Purchases
Apple processes EMURA Pro through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Purchase verification, transaction history, eligible Family Sharing, and refunds are handled by Apple. Restore purchases with the same Apple Account.
Retention and your choices
Your captures, recipes, imported LUTs, and settings remain on your device until you delete them or delete the app. Copies exported to another destination are controlled by that destination. You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion where those rights apply.
