• Do not send private photos unless support specifically asks.
• For a purchase issue, include Apple order information, not payment-card details.

Purchase support

EMURA Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Restore it from the app using the same Apple Account. Apple handles billing and refunds; refund requests should be submitted through Apple.
